Program Design and Institutional Community Building: Designed training programs for cross-functional educational faculty, staff, and students; trained 50+ graduate students and department staff in culturally responsive environmental education.
Operations: Spearheaded department-wide operational strategies to increase access to environmental education and higher education, increasing applicant diversity by 35% along self-reported lines of race, socio-economic status, and gender.
